Serving contractors and small businesses across the Orlando area.

Built for growing businesses that have outgrown their current way of working.

  • You're getting more leads than you can follow up with
  • Your team spends hours copying information between systems
  • You have software but aren't sure you're getting value from it
  • You need technology advice but don't need another salesperson

Sound familiar?

These are the things that quietly cost a growing business money. None of them mean anything is broken. They mean the business got bigger than the way it was set up to run.

Calls get missed.

The phone rings while everyone's on a job. By the time someone calls back, they've booked with somebody else.

The same information gets entered twice.

Leads come in from four places. Someone retypes all of it into scheduling, then again into QuickBooks.

Nobody can see the numbers.

You know roughly how the month went. Knowing exactly means somebody spends a day in a spreadsheet.

How it works

Three steps. The first one costs nothing and takes fifteen minutes.
  1. We talk

A short call about how your business runs and where it's slow. No cost, no pitch.

  2. We look at it properly

A paid assessment that maps out what's costing you time or customers, and what to fix first.

  3. We fix it

Starting with whatever pays back fastest.

Most people who call you are selling something.

A software company sells software. An IT company sells support.

I start with your business and figure out what it actually needs. Sometimes that's software you already own and aren't using. Sometimes it's connecting two systems you already pay for.

And sometimes it's telling you that you don't need anything.

Where most businesses start

Most owners come to us with one of these. It usually turns out there are two or three.

Capture more customers

Stop losing the calls and leads you already paid for. Missed calls, slow follow-up, leads sitting in an inbox, quotes nobody chased.

Save time through automation

Stop doing by hand what software should already be doing. Double entry, manual invoicing, and the admin work that quietly eats your office manager's week.

Understand and improve the business

Actually see what's working. Which jobs made money, which lead sources are worth paying for, how the month really went.

Make smarter technology decisions

Get a straight answer before you spend money. What to buy, what to skip, and where AI actually fits in a business like yours — if it does.

Big-company experience, applied at your size

I'm Brandon Schultz. I moved to Central Florida five years ago and spent a lot of it trying to get hold of good local companies. Calls that went unanswered, jobs booked over text message.

I'd spent the previous twenty years building the systems that solve exactly that, for organizations many times the size. Theme park ticketing. Nationwide claims processing. The problems turn out to be the same ones. The difference is that a large company has someone whose whole job is fixing them, and a thirty-person business doesn't.

Most of what a large company does exists to manage complexity you don't have. You need a small fraction of it. Knowing which fraction is the job.
